If it started as a Gas inline six, then no harm done with the swap. The inline six was Chevrolet derived so replacing it with a newer Chevrolet engine makes sense to me.

Personally, I prefer diesel swaps, but that is such a nice build. The colors are so spot on and the modifications are tasteful and functional.
